Hyphenated classes (for example "1-2") are suitable for mixed levels of
experience.
Inform your instructor if you are pregnant or have injuries
or conditions that could affect your practice.
If you are going to be
visiting the Yoga Center for the first time as a student PLEASE
arrive 10 minutes early to your first class so that the instructor can
meet you and know of any special concerns.

Levels:
Level 1 (with Lotus) – Focus on fundamentals of breath, postures and alignment; beginners and on-going students
Level 1/2 or All Levels – Advancing Beginners to Intermediate; teacher will offer modifications for mixed levels
Level 2 – Intermediate practice level, more challenging postures and pace requiring yoga experience
