Levels:
Level 1 (with Lotus) – Focus on fundamentals of breath, postures and alignment; beginners and on-going students
Level 1/2 or All Levels – Advancing Beginners to Intermediate; teacher will offer modifications for mixed levels
Level 2 – Intermediate practice level, more challenging postures and pace requiring yoga experience

| Kripalu Yoga |
Kripalu Yoga is a gentle and meditative form of Hatha Yoga that encourages a student to work within the limits of their body. We move slowly in and out of postures for safe alignment and hold them long enough to feel the benefits of stretching and building strength. The classes emphasize awareness of breath, body and mind. Over time the student develops self observation without judgment. |
