Kripalu Yoga Kripalu Yoga is a gentle and meditative form of Hatha Yoga  that encourages a student to work within the limits of their body. We move slowly in and out of postures for safe alignment and hold them long enough to feel the benefits of stretching and building strength.  The classes emphasize awareness of breath, body and mind. Over time the student develops self observation without judgment.
Yoga & Meditation Community Class 50 minutes of asana (postures) forming a balanced practice, combined with 20 minutes of meditation practice. Appropriate for all levels of practitioner.
